I have been watching not only what the other people in my office are wearing, but people in the building in general, and all the other little working trolls who live on this Island, many of these people do not follow "appropriate office wear" or even "appropriate out of office wear".My interest in all things fashionable have resulted in some highly disturbing observations: aside from the usual unattractive hip and belly lumps that are plainly visible due to ill-fitting clothing, panty lines are a major problem. The floppy pancake-like appearance of the buttocks is accentuated by panty lines cutting in at odd angles. However, my absolute favorite is the appearance of cellulite through pants. Ladies, just because you are wearing pants does not mean your ripples cannot be seen! Do these people ever look at themselves from behind in the dressing room? You may think you are young and can wear tight longpants, but cellulite afflicts the young and in-shape. There are lots of thin people with monstrous amounts of cellulite, and lots of bigger women with minimal cellulite, and it seems like neither type knows how to pick out body-appropriate clothing, never mind office appropriate clothing. How about thong lines AND when they hang out the back of the pants, this one being one of my favorite types of apparel grotesquery - well, I honestly don't get it. Do people never take advantage of the 3 way mirror? Or are these women so body confident they don't care? Am I the only one who does gymnastics when trying on clothing, constantly checking the view from all angles to see if my ass and thighs are sufficiently camouflaged?
